As an occupational safety specialist for the H+ branch solution, you help companies in the health sector create safe and healthy working conditions throughout Switzerland, focused on practice and solution-oriented. With a small dedicated team, you develop our offering and actively participate in its future. Your missions Guarantee of quality and services of the H+ branch solution Occupational Safety and Health Protection Collaboration in the development and extension of the H+ branch solution Advice and support of our members regarding occupational safety and health protection – by telephone and directly on site, particularly in French-speaking and Italian-speaking Switzerland Coordination and realization of audits in companies as well as initial and continuous training Development of the training offer in collaboration with training institutions, e.g. Espace Compétences Monitoring and development of the online hazard identification tool Elaboration of specialized articles in collaboration with the team and the Communication department Your skills Technical or commercial basic training Continuing education in the field of STPS at the federal diploma level or willingness to follow corresponding continuing education Professional experience in the field of occupational safety and/or health protection, ideally in the health sector Perfect command of German or French and very good knowledge of the other language; knowledge of Italian is an asset Confident presentation adapted to the target audience, taste for presentation and training Strong personal motivation and a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach Marked team spirit, sense of responsibility and ability to implement Willingness to travel, notably for interventions in French-speaking Switzerland and Ticino Your advantages Varied tasks with possibilities of organization within a small team Autonomy and great personal responsibility Extremely flexible working model with only one fixed day of presence per week in Berne A workplace accessible on foot from the city center of Berne Attractive employment conditions, good social benefits and possibilities for continuing education Have we aroused your interest?
