The operation is well-utilized, works in shifts, and combines classic gastronomy with a varied event and evening business. Restaurant Manager ### #### Tasks & Challenges • Operational leadership of the service area in daily à-la-carte and event operations • Personnel leadership of your team with approx. 5 employees plus casual staff • Host function on-site, ensuring a smooth process in service • Coordination of service processes during high-traffic evening and weekend shifts • Support in menu planning • Assistance with inventories as well as with the organization of stock management • Ensuring a consistently high quality and service level in guest contact • Various administrative activities Qualifications & Competencies • Completed training in gastronomy/hotel management • Several years of professional experience in service, ideally in upscale gastronomy • Initial leadership experience in the operational service environment • Resilient, independent, and assertive personality • Organizational strength as well as quick comprehension • Detail-oriented, clean, and precise way of working • Service-oriented mindset, flexible and resilient • Sympathetic, winning, and warm • Professional, sovereign, and exemplary appearance Opportunities & Perspectives The position offers a versatile work environment in a lively gastronomic operation with high guest frequency.
