PRODUCTION MANAGER (M/F) Rollomatic: Swiss excellence in precision machine tools For over 60 years, Rollomatic has designed, developed, and manufactured high-precision CNC machines for the most demanding sectors in the world. As part of the future retirement of its Production Manager, we are looking for Rollomatic's future replacement to fill the position of: PRODUCTION MANAGER (M/F) MISSION As the true conductor of industrial operations, you will oversee the assembly, manufacturing, and delivery activities of Rollomatic machines. You will ensure the performance of the entire industrial value chain while respecting safety, quality, cost, and deadline requirements. You will manage an organization with between 50 and 90 employees, depending on activity volumes. Your responsibilities Lead the performance of assembly and manufacturing workshops: You are responsible for the implementation of the machine assembly program and the performance of associated manufacturing activities. You ensure the achievement of operational objectives while strictly adhering to safety rules and company quality standards. Manage and develop teams: You will manage an organization structured around several Team Leaders and their teams. As a close manager, you place great importance on your presence in the field and maintain a relationship of trust with your teams through your exemplarity, listening, and sense of fairness. Ensure industrial planning: In close collaboration with sales and the supply chain, you ensure the adequacy between the load, production capacities, and company objectives. You are notably responsible for supervising the Production Master Plan (PDP) with a six-month planning horizon and participating in the Industrial and Commercial Plan (PIC) with a six- to eighteen-month vision. Your ability to anticipate load developments and build industrial scenarios is a key success factor in the function. Deploy operational excellence: You are a major player in continuous improvement within the organization. As such, you will lead Lean Manufacturing initiatives, contribute to process standardization, and support the transformation of work methods and the permanent search for performance. Work transversally: The success of this function relies on close collaboration with all company departments (Logistics, Purchasing, Industrialization, Quality, R&D, Applications, HR, Sales).
