The Zentrum für Labormedizin is one of the leading medical laboratories in Switzerland. Our employees perform routine and special analyses in Clinical Chemistry, Hematology, Immunology and Molecular Biology. The Central Sample Reception is the hub between our customers and laboratory analytics.

What awaits you

• Identify and verify incoming samples and orders -- so that every analysis starts on a reliable basis
• Prepare sample material for analytics and ensure that it arrives in the correct laboratory area in a timely manner
• Organize the shipment of samples to external laboratories and keep an eye on deadlines and transport conditions
• Advise and support customers competently and in a solution-oriented manner by telephone
• Check and process samples from various clinical studies, thereby making a contribution to medical research

What you bring with you

• Completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant (MPA) or Healthcare Specialist (FaGe)
• Interest in laboratory work and motivation to apply expertise in a new environment
• Friendly, professional appearance, enjoyment of customer contact and a strong service orientation
• Enjoyment of teamwork and appreciation of an environment in which people support each other
• Willingness to participate in Saturday shifts on a rotational basis (7.00--12.00 Uhr)
