Deputy Physician in Psychiatry bilingual (German - French)

Clinical activity Ensure outpatient psychiatric consultations (diagnostic evaluation, development and monitoring of therapeutic projects) in compliance with the quality and billing objectives of Réseau de l’Arc. Take charge of complex clinical situations within the outpatient field Guarantee rigorous clinical documentation, in accordance with medico-legal and billing requirements Contribute to the continuity and coordination of care with internal and external partners Supervision and training Ensure clinical supervision of physicians in training (assistant physicians and chief residents) Support diagnostic and therapeutic decision-making processes Participate actively in formal and informal clinical teaching Ensure the coordination of postgraduate training, in connection with the ISFM, physicians in training and institutional bodies Organizational contribution Participate in clinical colloquiums, department meetings and interdisciplinary exchanges Contribute to the development, harmonization and continuous improvement of clinical practices Promote intersite collaboration and the bilingual functioning of the Pôle santé mentale. Specific responsibilities in addition to the points above: Participation in telephone on-call duties and weekend on-call duties, organized and shared among all FMH senior physicians in psychiatry of the Pôle santé mentale Flexibility, versatility, proactivity and resilience will be key to evolving and contributing in this stimulating context. You hold a medical degree as a psychiatrist with a specialization in adult psychiatry, recognized by the Swiss authorities (MEBEKO). You also hold the title of FMH specialist (or equivalent) in psychiatry. You master French and German ideally at a C1 - C2 level You have proven experience in outpatient psychiatry. Experience in accompanying patients in acute psychiatric care would be a valuable asset. Significant experience in a university setting would also be desired. You possess strong skills in listening, analysis and decision-making, and are able to manage stressful and complex situations effectively. You are autonomous in your practice while respecting the protocols and values of the establishment. You enjoy working within a multidisciplinary team and are able to communicate effectively with your colleagues. Your team spirit is an asset to contribute to the collective development of our psychiatry service.
