Your tasks • Independent management of the purchasing-related email inbox (suppliers, internal inquiries) in German and English • Processing of order confirmations and maintenance of order data in the ERP system (NetSuite) • Monitoring of delivery dates as well as proactive follow-up on open or delayed orders • Coordination with sales, warehouse and finance teams to clarify queries and discrepancies • Support in the creation and maintenance of products and suppliers in the system • Organization of transports as well as processing of damages, complaints and logistics cases • Structured filing and maintenance of purchasing documents and processes • Compliance and regulatory topics as a fixed part of the role: participation in the implementation and administration of requirements such as PPWR, CH-Rep, Swissdamed, ISO-9001 and other regulatory specifications Your profile • Initial experience or interest in the field of purchasing / procurement • Very good German and English skills in speaking and writing for communication with international suppliers • Interest in IT systems, digital tools and administrative efficiency (ERP, automation, process optimization) • Structured, reliable and careful way of working • High willingness to learn and enjoyment in taking on responsibility and developing professionally • Availability of 5 working days per week What is offered • Practical entry into a growing company with clear development goals • A varied field of tasks with insight into purchasing, compliance, logistics and internal processes • Opportunity to develop along with the company's development towards purchasing, operations or systems/IT • Collaboration in a dedicated team with short decision-making paths and direct exchange across departments
