Desired profile:

• CFC in the field of construction or training deemed equivalent * Federal certificate of proficiency for construction foremen required * Proven experience in the management and organization of construction sites in Switzerland * Solid technical knowledge in the fields of building and/or civil engineering * Excellent planning, anticipation, and organization skills * Recognized leadership and ability to supervise, unite, and motivate teams * Strong sense of responsibility and strong commitment to safety * Rigorous, precise, and solution-oriented personality * Ability to make decisions and manage unforeseen events on the ground * Ease in exchanges with teams, clients, and various site partners * Category B driving license indispensable Your mission:
• Ensure the preparation, organization, and coordination of construction, renovation, or civil engineering sites + Analyze plans and technical files in order to effectively plan the work + Evaluate the needs for personnel, materials, machines, and equipment necessary for the proper execution of the sites + Organize the site setup, implement safety measures, and ensure compliance with current regulations + Plan and coordinate the activities of the field teams and the various stakeholders + Guarantee the supply of the site as well as the proper use and maintenance of equipment + Ensure the monitoring of work progress and ensure compliance with deadlines, budgets, and quality requirements + Identify technical or organizational problems and implement appropriate solutions + Supervise, motivate, and support the teams as well as apprentices on the site + Ensure effective communication between the various project stakeholders and write the necessary progress reports jpidd49977fjm jpit1043jm jpiy26jm
