If it fits and you already bring experience, additional tasks from the areas of Payroll, sickness and accident, recruitment and consulting can be added. Your tasks include, among others, the control of work and residence permits, the recording of upcoming retirements and service anniversaries, as well as the initial recording of employees in our IT system Abacus. You are regularly in written and telephone contact with managers and employees and advise them on operational processes. We want to develop further - bring in your know-how and your experience and actively support us in the change process! Ideally, you complement your commercial training with further training at the Federal Diploma of Higher Education level or through corresponding practical experience in the field of Human Resources or social insurance.
