You will be responsible for the independent support of our SME corporate customers Whether it's a craft or service company - you will take care of the maintenance and administration of customer files with our digital tools The correspondence with clients on all cross-departmental contract matters (accident & illness, occupational pension, property & liability insurance, asset insurance, vehicles) You will be responsible for creating offers As a sparring partner for our Broker Consultants, you will prepare customer appointments You will accompany the claims process in agreement with the expert team in claims management A profile that fits us. Completed commercial training, preferably with a specialist certificate Relevant professional experience in the insurance industry Organization, accuracy, and structure are your "A & O" Flexibility, curiosity, and independent work characterize you Very good verbal and written expression skills in German IT affinity and good MS-Office skills - enjoyment of working with digital tools Our plus points for you.
