The company Stutzer Service AG deals with the worldwide import and trade of food products. Our company focuses primarily on the import of products from the Asian and Mediterranean regions and their nationwide distribution in Switzerland.

Your area of responsibility

• Supporting Account Management in achieving turnover and sales targets
• Looking after department-relevant customers
• Receiving product and price inquiries / price negotiations
• Creation of offers in consultation with the sales management / management
• Communication with customers to understand their needs and offer solutions
• Coordination of activities with other departments in the company to ensure that customer needs are met
• Receipt and timely processing of written and telephone orders
• Delivery date agreements and monitoring with customers, reporting any delivery bottlenecks to superiors
• Administrative processing of complaints
• General administrative / commercial tasks
• Responsible for the maintenance and updating of customer data
• Creation and maintenance of price lists
• Article and master data maintenance, including documentation filing
• Creation and maintenance of price lists
• Creation and evaluation of turnover and sales statistics
• Preparation of presentations and reports for customers
• Preparation and follow-up of customer meetings
• Participation in the optimization of existing processes
• Support and deputy within the team
• Induction of new employees

Our expectations of you

• Commercial basic training (EFZ) Profile E or equivalent
• Proficient knowledge of German is a prerequisite, knowledge of French, Italian or Thai is a great advantage
• Knowledge of the food industry is an advantage
• Very good MS-Office skills, Navision skills are an advantage
• Good comprehension with the ability to implement quickly
• Communicative, resilient personality with high commitment
• Ideal age between 25 - 35 years
