For a high-traffic gastronomy business with a restaurant and a bar and an inviting sun terrace, we are looking for a Managing Director. You will assume overall responsibility for the operation and can demonstrate your leadership and organizational talent. Managing Director ### #### Tasks & Challenges • Direct leadership of approx. 30 employees • Training, coaching and motivating your team • Responsible for the recruitment of new talents • Creation and compliance of the budget • Optimization of key figures by initiating measures • Responsible for menu planning in cooperation with the chef • Responsible for the compliance and further development of operational standards • Management and administration tasks Qualifications & Competencies • Completed training in gastronomy/hotel management • Degree from a hotel management school and/or business administration further education • Proven leadership experience in the same/similar environment • Good sense for people, empathetic • Perseverance, high self-motivation • Flexible, ready to work and resilient • Professional appearance in a role model function • Languages: German and English, any further is an advantage Opportunities & Perspectives Look forward to versatile and exciting tasks with high responsibility.
