In our Alarm and Emergency Center in Zürich, you will be occupied daily (24h/365 days) with special tasks.

You are responsible for:

• Processing alarm notifications and emergency calls
• Reporting events
• Alarm verification and remote perimeter protection
• Video patrol service and remote escort protection
• Remote entry and exit control
• Cooperation with intervention units (police/fire department/ambulance)
• Telephone service and processing of on-call orders
• Administrative activities

For this, you must:

• Possess great teamwork skills
• Be available and flexible, as it is a shift operation (24h/365 days)
• Be familiar with modern technology
• Possess good MS-Office skills
• Have perfect command of the German language both spoken and written, possess very good knowledge of English as well as French and/or Italian (at least level B1)
• Possess a valid residence permit as well as a clean criminal record
