Windows and doors project manager (m/f/d) - 80-100%, Villeneuve

Do you like taking responsibility for the planning, management, and implementation of construction projects in the real estate sector? In this project manager role, you will contribute significantly to the success of the technical management of our projects. You will act as the central interface between clients, architects, general contractors, suppliers, and internal departments.

Project planning and preparation

• Analysis of tenders
• Clarification of orders with clients, architects, general contractors, etc.
• Clarification of construction work and on-site measurements
• Understanding of architectural plans and window details
• Creation of CAD drawings
• Creation of order confirmations and CAD drawings for the client
• Schedule management

Project management

• Deadline monitoring
• Organization and monitoring of warranty work
• Assistance during the acceptance of work

Economic responsibility

• Primary responsibility for assigned projects
• Cost control and ex-post calculation
• Preparation of offers for amendments
• Responsibility for results for the realization of the project within the deadline and within the budget
• Personality embodying our values of cooperation, participation, and entrepreneurship on a daily basis
• Complete training as a carpenter / joiner / builder CFC or other artisanal training in the building sector
• At least 3 years of experience in project management in the window sector
• Good command of MS Office
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and SAP
• Additional training in the field of AVOR or as a technical salesperson is an asset
• Resilient personality
• Excellent command of the French language (written/oral), command of English is a plus
• Category B driver's license
