As a senior SAP Solution consultant in the HCM field, you design global HR solutions from A to Z and make them operate stably in complex client environments. Your focus is on configuration, process design, and integration into related areas such as finance and time management. You play a central role in transformations, migrations, and evolutions, and act as an exchange partner for business departments and IT.

• You have experience in transformation projects and ideally know hybrid scenarios with SuccessFactors
• You think in end-to-end processes, understand integrations with finance and related systems, and communicate easily with business departments, IT, and management
