Job Description

• Organize, plan, and supervise work on the construction site in collaboration with the Foreman / Site Manager
• Lead a team of masons and mason helpers, distribute tasks, and ensure the quality of work
• Read and interpret plans, ensure the compliant implementation of formwork, reinforcement, walls, and slabs
• Actively participate in masonry work (structural work, reinforced concrete, finishes)
• Monitor compliance with deadlines, safety, and current standards on the construction site
• Ensure the follow-up of material, orders, and coordination with other trades

Profile Sought

• CFC mason training or a title deemed equivalent
• Proven experience as a mason team leader in Switzerland (at least 2 to 3 years in the role)
• Very good knowledge of construction techniques and plans
• Ability to lead a team, sense of responsibility and organization
• Autonomy, rigor, and initiative
• Category B driving license
• Good physical condition and compliance with safety instructions
