Our goods provision is responsible for order picking, internal transport, and goods outgoing. For the goods outgoing, we are looking for a reliable and committed personality as Head of Goods Outgoing. In this function, you are directly subordinate to the Head of Goods Provision department and belong to the lower management level. You will work in a weekly rotation in two shifts (Early: – o'clock and Late: – o'clock).

• Organizational, professional, and personnel leadership of one team leader and ten employees
• Active assistance in the daily operational business
• Ensuring flawless and timely provision of goods for customer orders in compliance with all safety regulations
• Responsible for an efficient and smooth goods outgoing
• Controlling, implementing, and monitoring work processes
• Monitoring performance targets, work quality, order, and cleanliness
• Participating in projects

We look forward to this profile

• Completed vocational training, preferably as a Logistikerin/Logistiker EFZ
• Higher vocational education (FA, diploma) in logistics is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in warehouse logistics as well as leadership experience
• High self- and social competence, team player, resilient, and flexible as well as an assertive and decisive personality
• Good German skills as well as very good MS-Office skills
