Network Administrator N2/N3 (f/m/d)

On behalf of our client based in Lausanne, we are looking for a Network Administrator N2/N3 (f/m/d) to strengthen the team in charge of the operation and support of network infrastructures.

Your mission

• Take charge of level 2/3 network incidents and requests transmitted by the helpdesk and ensure their end-to-end resolution.
• Diagnose and resolve complex network incidents, particularly related to LAN, VLAN, Wi-Fi, DHCP, Cisco ISE, and firewalling environments.
• Perform routine network operations: management of equipment and MAC addresses in Cisco ISE, creation or modification of subnets, and resolution of connectivity problems.
• Analyze logs, identify the origin of incidents, and prioritize requests based on their impact and criticality.
• Document the interventions performed and collaborate closely with the helpdesk, users, and senior network engineers.

Your profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in network administration, operation, or support, with proven autonomy on level 2/3 incidents.
• Solid knowledge of Cisco environments, particularly in switching, routing, VLAN, DHCP, and TCP/IP.
• Good experience with Cisco ISE for access management, equipment management, and network incident diagnosis.
• Solid mastery of network troubleshooting: connectivity analysis, logs, Wi-Fi, VLAN, DHCP, and firewall rules.
• Ability to intervene effectively in large-scale network environments and manage several incidents in parallel.
• Very good communication, prioritization, and collaboration skills with support teams and experienced network engineers.
• Immediate availability required
