What awaits you? ##

• Provide advice on basic services such as savings, payments, investments, as well as pension provision
• Develop solutions adapted to the client's needs, taking into account their personal situation
• Offer a personalized welcome to our clients and guide them according to their needs
• Analyze, exploit, and optimize client potential through the active and continuous monitoring of the branch's client portfolio, in collaboration with advisors from other segments
• Develop the current client base through the targeted acquisition of new clients
• Guide and support our clientele in the use of digital tools
• Collaborate on market prospecting measures, such as contact campaigns and external representation
• Perform administrative tasks and internal controls related to the function

What do you bring? ##

• Completed banking training or equivalent training
• SAQ certification, an asset
• Ability to inspire clients, oriented towards listening and communication
• Very good ease and skill in interpersonal relations, sense of welcome and solution orientation
• Motivated personality with a very good team and collaboration spirit
• Residence in the district is an asset
