What you do You review and assess benefit claims in cases of incapacity for work based on regulatory foundations. You obtain medical documents, powers of attorney and insurance files, assess medical facts and initiate the necessary steps in the benefit process. You coordinate cooperation with daily sickness benefit, accident and social insurers as well as other internal and external stakeholders and check the need for case management measures. You actively manage your benefit cases throughout the entire process, set revisions and follow-ups and ensure their timely processing. You advise insured persons, employers as well as internal and external partners by telephone and in writing and ensure customer-oriented, transparent and timely case processing.
