Apply About the role ## Within the works team, you will ensure technical HVAC design and BIM coordination to guarantee the success of various and stimulating construction sites! Tasks ## The role consists of ensuring the technical transition between studies and on-site implementation using BIM or Revit tools for HVAC installations. • Take over and adapt plans from design offices for new or renovation projects • Perform the design of HVAC installations in compliance with current standards • Develop fabrication and assembly plans using BIM tools • Perform on-site surveys to verify the technical feasibility of projects • Participate in coordination meetings with project managers and various trades We are looking for ## • Training in technical building drawing • Good knowledge of Revit software • Good knowledge of BIM processes An asset if you possess • In-depth knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) To succeed in this function, your personal skills are as follows: • Customer service orientation • Good team spirit • Intellectually curious Our recruitment process ## This recruitment process is managed by Academic Work and our client wishes that all questions concerning the position be addressed to Academic Work.
