Job Description ##

• Holistic care and nursing of guests in the sense of the nursing mission statement and the nursing process
• Taking on tasks as a reference person for care
• Responsibility and management of the nursing process of the assigned guests incl. the RAI nursing needs assessment
• Electronic nursing documentation using CareCoach
• Planning and accompaniment of doctor visits
• Taking on daily responsibility with coordination of the day team
• Leading case discussions and nursing reports

Requirement Profile ##

• Completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann HF/FH/DNII or an equivalent training recognized by the SRK
• Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage
• RAI knowledge desired or willingness to attend these courses (will be paid for)
• A warm and humorous basic attitude
• Enjoyment of versatile challenges
• Good German skills in spoken and written
