Workshop Manager

Introduction

As a medium-sized body shop and garage with Ford brand representation and a service center for Dodge and RAM in Oberentfelden, we offer our customers all services related to the vehicle. This also includes need-oriented vehicle adaptations. As a long-standing, future-oriented family business, we are known for our quality and customer proximity. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated personality as Workshop Manager (m/f/d).

Tasks

• Overall organization as well as personnel and technical leadership of the workshop team
• Responsible for goal achievement regarding volumes and yield in the workshop
• Coordination of workshop capacity with customer service
• Implementation of internal organizational processes
• Compliance with workflows and work quality as well as result and quality controls
• Diagnosis and localization of faults
• Active cooperation and technical support of the workshop staff
• Responsible for the correct and error-free time recording of their employees
• Supervision and training of apprentices
• Regular participation in brand-specific further training and courses
• Ensuring occupational safety at the workplace

Qualifications

• Completed apprenticeship as a mechatronics technician as well as diagnostician FA or workshop coordinator FA
• Several years of professional experience and leadership skills
• High technical competence in the automotive sector
• Positive personality (motivator) and communicative skills
• Analytical and structured approach
• High degree of independence, sense of responsibility and reliability
• Good oral expression, German in spoken and written form
• Valid driver's license Cat. B
