In this versatile role, you are an important interface between production, logistics, and quality management.

Your tasks

• You receive customer orders, enter them into the ERP system, and ensure a smooth flow of information to our customers.
• You create and update production planning and continuously coordinate this with production.
• You maintain relevant master data and progressively develop into a key user role for our ERP system.
• You coordinate orders with external manufacturing partners, provide the necessary order documents, and keep an eye on deadlines and deliveries.
• You coordinate goods deliveries and organize the corresponding transports.
• You support quality management in the maintenance and further development of our ISO-9001 management system.
• You record and process internal as well as external error reports and manage controlled documents such as inspection and work instructions.
• You support production with in-process inspections and carry out incoming goods inspections.
• You participate in the further development of processes, data quality, warehouse structures, and goods flows.
• You support the logistics team in daily business and also lend a hand yourself if necessary.

Your profile

• You have completed vocational training as well as suitable further training, for example as a Technical Merchant, Logistics Specialist, Process Specialist, or Process Technician.
• You bring professional experience in a production or industrial company.
• You have a strong customer and service orientation and enjoy working with various internal and external interfaces.
• You think in networks, work in a structured manner, and maintain an overview even with several parallel topics.
• You work independently, reliably, and solution-oriented and enjoy taking on responsibility.
• You are proficient in using MS Office and ideally bring experience with ERP systems in order or material management.
• You have very good German language skills. English skills in speaking and writing are an advantage.
• You are a team player, also lend a hand practically if necessary, and actively contribute to the cooperation.
• You enjoy questioning existing procedures and further developing processes together with us.
