Your field of work:

• Responsible for the copying department
• Coordination of orders with production management
• General copying orders in the small copying area A4 & A3
• Various tasks in the equipment area such as Wire-o-Bindings, Plastikkamm-/Fastback-Bindings, grooving and various manual foldings
• Data handling - sending and partially editing files
• Professional and competent telephone and personal customer consulting
• Material orders
• Operating devices (various HP Plotter, Xerox, Canon, etc.)
• Scanning
• Further processing such as cutting, laminating, folding, sorting, quality control and preparing for shipping
• Equipping files from internal project room
• Checking delivery notes for accounting
