We are looking immediately or by arrangement for the Seewen-Schwyz location for a motivated, strong leader with an interest in the Swiss pension market.

As team leader of the 1e administration, you take responsibility for our core operational processes, develop your team further, and set impulses for future-oriented services. Here you combine expertise, leadership, and creative freedom in a key role with visible impact.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Leading a team of 4-5 employees
  • Independently analysing and resolving complex issues
  • Contributing your expertise & optimisations in projects and developments
  • Professional and efficient handling of all core processes in 1e pension provision
  • Insured person mutations as well as entries and exits
  • Retirements and benefit cases
  • Home ownership promotion - advances and purchases
  • Incoming and outgoing vested benefits
  • Divorce cases and enforceability declarations
  • Claims in cooperation with reinsurers
  • Pension payments and payment transactions
  • Investment orders and strategy changes

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial vocational training with solid further education
  • At least 5 years of professional and leadership experience
  • Strong service orientation, high social competence and communication skills
  • Goal-oriented action and structured thinking
  • You keep an overview even in hectic situations
  • Very good German and French skills, spoken and written
