The VitaFutura AG in Volketswil is a non-profit organization of the municipality of Volketswil and combines the areas of living, care, support and Spitex. Spitex Volketswil supports people of all ages with professional care and support at home. The focus is on independence, quality of life and individualized and needs-based care in a familiar environment. Job description ## • Responsibility for care planning as well as assessment and adaptation of care processes. • Management of nursing documentation and performance recording. • Case management of assigned customers after an introduction, each afternoon. • Collaboration in the interdisciplinary team • Only early shifts in the morning, you are on tour in the afternoon at case management. Requirements profile ## • Completed training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF or FH. • Professional experience in a relevant field is an advantage. • Sense of responsibility and high social competence. • Stress tolerance, flexibility and team ability. • Knowledge of EDV/PC applications. • Driver's license or willingness to be on the road with an E-Bike. • Very good German language skills in word and writing.
