Injection Molding Technician / Règleur injection

Main tasks:

• Mount / dismount molds on presses including the connections of cooling circuits
• Set up and start production equipment, according to the current setting prescriptions
• Control production according to the specifications
• Program robots and sprue pickers
• Prepare the setup of workstations
• Train operators on presses
• Identify and provide solutions to problems encountered in production
• Apply, respect work processes and procedures (Medical)
• Write, edit and modify setting cards
• Write intervention requests (tooling and EQP maintenance). Perform 1st level maintenance

Profile:

• CFC Agent technique des matières synthétiques and/or training deemed equivalent
• Confirmed 5 years of experience as a setter in a medical environment
• Excellent mastery of injection processes, perfect mastery of equipment and machines related to plastic injection (Arburg, Netstal, Engel) as well as very good knowledge in mechanics
• Meticulous, reliable and sense of responsibility, results-oriented
• Autonomy, rigor and ability to work in a team (shift work)
• Good visual acuity (visual control) and good physical conditions
• Knowledge of an ERP and Microsoft office
• Working language in French and ability to communicate in English
