Service Advisor Automotive Industry (m/f/d) 100% temporary

Introduction

For a renowned company in the automotive industry, we are looking for a Service Advisor (m/f/d) for a temporary full-time position. In this role, you are the link between customers and the workshop and ensure the smooth running of service processes. Tasks

• You advise customers competently on services and repairs
• You coordinate appointments and ensure efficient workshop planning
• You prepare cost estimates and invoices for services
• You monitor the progress of repairs and inform customers about the status
• You process customer inquiries and complaints professionally and in a solution-oriented manner

Profile

• You have completed training in the automotive sector or a comparable qualification
• You have experience in customer service, ideally in the automotive sector
• You possess excellent communication skills and a confident manner
• You are proficient in using common IT systems and software solutions
• You work independently, in a structured manner, and are a team player
