Technical Maintenance Coordinator (M/F)

Introduction ##

As part of the development of our activities in the canton of Fribourg, we are building a talent pool to support the deployment of our new industrial site in Bulle. With this in view, we will soon be looking for Technical Maintenance Coordinator (M/F) profiles to strengthen our teams.

Responsibilities ##

• Lead exchanges within the maintenance team and ensure compliance with intervention standards
• Coordinate actions with operating clients, internal teams and external partners to guarantee the smooth running of interventions
• Direct intervention priorities in collaboration with the scheduler and monitor the progress of work orders in the sector
• Identify blocking points, propose technical solutions and request the necessary expertise
• Ensure the interface with Methods, particularly for the processing of modification requests and the evolution of technical solutions
• Support technicians, promote skill development and contribute to the integration of new employees
• Lead follow-up meetings, ensure reporting to the manager and contribute to continuous improvement actions

Profile ##

• Technical training in the field of maintenance, mechanics, automation or equivalent
• Experience in the coordination of maintenance activities in an industrial environment
• Technical versatility and ability to analyze problems related to production equipment
• Mastery of an integrated management system, analysis tools and standard IT tools
• Knowledge of English and/or German at an intermediate level (B1), an asset
• Communication ease, sense of service and ability to collaborate with various interlocutors
• Leadership, initiative, autonomy, rigor and ability to propose solutions
• Availability for flexible hours, intersite travel and on-call service according to needs
