Job Description

• Organization and freight forwarding processing of orders from the areas of air freight and road transport. Predominantly goods from the areas of air freight replacement transport and temperature-controlled transports, specifically in the pharma sector.
• Dispatching of vehicles and personnel
• Recording and processing of orders in the system
• Billing of orders
• Calculating and submitting offers for ad-hoc orders
• Invoice control of purchased services
• Maintaining contact with customers in coordination with and according to the instructions of the supervisor
• Acquisition of new customers
• Communication with drivers via info-board or instruction (changes to documents, info, etc.)
• As fleet manager for the identification and use of pharma vehicles (supervisor of maintenance and validation)

Desired Profile

• Completed vocational training with a focus on transport / logistics / freight forwarding
• at least 5 years of professional experience in the transport / freight forwarding sector
• Very good IT skills
• Very good German skills in spoken and written
• Very good English skills in spoken and written
• Accustomed to working independently
