You actively contribute to the continuous development of our process landscape and process governance. In collaboration with the specialized departments, you challenge existing procedures, drive improvements in process and quality management, and ensure more efficient processes as well as a better customer experience.

Your field of activity

• In collaboration with the specialized departments, you develop the process governance and process architecture of BKW Power Grid and promote a clear definition as well as uniform application of existing roles, standards, and process structures
• You analyze existing end-to-end processes, identify potential for improvement, and develop solutions that simplify procedures, increase efficiency, and improve customer experience
• You evolve the continuous improvement process (KVP) with proven methods and encourage a culture where improvements are sustainably anchored
• With the specialized departments, you define relevant key performance indicators (KPI), verify the effectiveness of implemented measures, and derive the need for additional actions
• In cross-functional projects, you gather different perspectives, facilitate workshops, and support process owners and teams in the implementation of changes
• In quality management, you plan and carry out internal audits, accompany improvement measures, and verify their long-term effectiveness

What you bring

• University degree in economics, technology, or natural sciences or equivalent training
• Several years of experience in process and quality management and, ideally, knowledge in the energy sector
• In-depth knowledge and practical experience in process analysis, process governance, and optimization methods such as Lean Management, Six Sigma, and KVP
• Experience in cross-functional projects, facilitating workshops, and collaborating with different specialized departments
• Analytical, conceptual, and solution-oriented way of working as well as, preferably, experience with internal audits
• Personal initiative, willingness to contribute, holistic thinking as well as very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of French
