Working in close collaboration with the notary in the management of current deeds, the candidate will be required to autonomously draft administrative and legal deeds and documents according to the instructions of the notary or stakeholders in the fields of real estate and companies. Responsibilities of the position: You proceed with the constitution and follow-up of files in their entirety; You are responsible for preparing deeds by gathering administrative, technical, and legal documents in the commercial field of companies and real estate; You will be required to ensure telephone follow-up and correspondence with clients.
