CONTEXT & MISSION:
We are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to join our Global Travel Retail Business Unit! In this role, you will provide high-quality assistance to 2 executives (60-70%) and organize internal and international business events (30-40%). You will interact and work hand in hand with multiple stakeholders in a dynamic international environment.
The position reports to the General Manager Global Travel Retail and is based at the Group headquarters in Plan-les-Ouates (near Geneva).
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Act as a point of contact for senior management, other teams and external partners
• Manage the flow of information quickly and accurately
• Manage the calendars of the Global General Manager and the EMEA and Americas General Managers, including scheduling appointments and prioritizing the most critical and sensitive matters
• Organize meetings, including planning (and note-taking if necessary)
• Coordinate travel and accommodation, and create travel itineraries
• Process daily expenses and prepare monthly reports
• Organize internal and international business events within budget

• Solid experience in handling confidential information with appropriate discretion and in the role of information gatekeeper
