Zollikofen, Suisse (and home office) | 80-100% What you can contribute • Provide legal advice and follow digitalization projects with an emphasis on data protection, compliance and security as well as on contractual issues • Draft briefs and opinions • Establish contracts with an emphasis on data protection and licensing law (ownership of source code) • Provide assistance and advice in the planning or creation of projects and during the handling of cases • Maintain contacts and exchanges with internal or external stakeholders to the federal administration <br /> What makes you unique • Master in law completed by several years of experience in the mentioned legal fields; ideally, bar attorney certification • Keen interest in new technologies and digitalization, ease in agile and interdisciplinary collaboration and good knowledge of IT tools • Very good knowledge of data protection and contract legislation (notably licensing law) • Quick-wittedness, ability to constantly integrate new knowledge on various legal themes and fields • Integrity, confidence, stress resistance as well as ability to assert oneself and communicate in a heterogeneous environment with different stakeholders • Good active knowledge of two official languages and English <br /> In a few words If you wish to apply your legal skills in a modern technological environment and thus contribute to the success of the digitalization projects led by the Office fédéral de l'informatique et de la télécommunication, this position is made for you.
