Lead Engineer Gas Turbine Product Service

In this role, you will take technical leadership in root cause analysis and problem solving for gas turbine components in customer service.

Tasks

• Provide technical expertise in root cause analyses for gas turbine components
• Lead complex, high-impact root cause investigations
• Conduct external communication with customers including technical documentation
• Create technical presentations for customers and executives
• Collaborate with internal interfaces to clarify customer requirements
• Coach and develop less experienced employees
• Travel to customer sites for unplanned outages and technical reviews

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or comparable technical training
• Several years of experience in Field Services, Engineering, or operation of gas turbines
• Experience in conducting root cause analyses
• Willingness to travel to international customer sites
• English skills for customer communication and technical documentation
