Your area of responsibility:

• You lead a team of approx. 8 - 10 physiotherapists with a focus on inpatient rehabilitation
• You support the team and ensure motivating conditions
• You coordinate your approach with the other department heads
• You also perform physiotherapies yourself and fulfill your role as a role model

Your profile:

• Dipl. Physiotherapist FH or HF
• Interest in a leadership function and willingness to undergo specific further training
• You are an open, structured, and resilient personality who approaches conflicts in a solution-oriented manner
• You have team spirit and enjoy working interdisciplinary
• Networked thinking and acting as well as initiative round off your profile
