We are looking for a talented professional to join a dynamic team within the technical office of a leading company in the field of civil engineering for the position of :

Civil engineering site manager 100% CDI (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Technical and administrative support to ensure the smoothness of activities
• Preparation of bids and management of calls for tenders
• Operational management of construction sites
• Control of deadlines, costs and quality of works
• Efficient management of material and supplies
• Active participation in site meetings
• Technical and financial monitoring of projects
• Priority to site safety

Your profile

• Diploma in civil engineering site management or equivalent required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Switzerland in a similar position required
• Strong organizational skills and negotiation ability
• Excellent management of costs, deadlines and quality
• In-depth knowledge of Swiss standards
• Perfect mastery of French orally and in writing
• Excellent mastery of IT tools
• Autonomy and excellent customer relations
• Driver's license mandatory
