Real Estate Accountant 80–100%

In this versatile role, you will take responsibility for the financial management of a diverse real estate portfolio and will be an important interface between owners, property management, tenants and external partners.

Your tasks

• Independent management of the real estate accounting for your own real estate portfolio
• Management of accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Recording and monitoring of rent payments
• Execution of payment transactions

Creation of heating, operating and ancillary cost statements

• Preparation and creation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements

Reconciliation and control of accounts as well as periodic accruals

• Monitoring of the reminder and collection system
• Creation of evaluations, reports and owner statements
• Support with budgeting and financial analyses
• Competent contact person for owners, tenants, property managers and external partners
• Close cooperation with property management
• General tasks in the field of finance and real estate accounting

What you bring with you

• Completed commercial basic training or an equivalent training
• Professional experience in real estate or property accounting
• Further training in finance and accounting or in the real estate industry is an advantage
• Good knowledge of Swiss accounting
• Confident handling of MS Office
• Experience with the real estate accounting software Immotop2 and Abacus is an advantage
• Independent, structured and exact way of working
• Affinity for numbers and a strong sense of responsibility
• Service-oriented and professional appearance
• Enjoyment of working in a team
