Your main tasks are

• You manage the nursing assessment process and ensure the timely execution of the interRAI LTCF assessments
• You actively participate in the implementation of the interRAI LTCF assessment system
• You independently recognize whether changes in nursing care requirements lead to a change in level
• You support the nursing teams in the correct implementation of the nursing documentation
• You take over internal controlling tasks and ensure data quality
• You work closely with your team and will later also regularly travel to the five operations

You possess

• You have a completed degree as a Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF as well as further training as a Supervisor interRAI LTCF
• You bring experience in dealing with the interRAI LTCF assessment system and high competence in recording RAI assessments
• You have a pronounced understanding of nursing care requirement groups and can reliably assess changes in support needs regarding their impact on the nursing level
• You have good IT skills (e.g., MS Office, RAIsoft, nursing documentation systems)
• You work independently, friendly and with pronounced social competence
• You enjoy interdisciplinary cooperation and professionally guiding employees

The central location allows for an active exchange with the five elderly care centers. The headquarters also includes the Medical Service and Physiotherapy departments located in the operations.
