Draftsman Specializing in Architecture ###

Your tasks

• Creating project, execution, and detail plans in CAD
• Implementing sketches in CAD
• Independent handling of building applications
• Direct contact and clarifications with authorities and building authorities
• Supporting the project team in solving drafting challenges and construction-related questions
• Close collaboration with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists
• Co-responsibility, monitoring, and updating planning documents according to construction progress
• Everyday administrative and office work

Our requirements

• Completed training as a draftsman EFZ specializing in architecture or completed studies in the field of architecture
• Professional experience in execution planning
• In-depth knowledge of creating concepts, project, execution, and detail plans
• Knowledge and application of valid Swiss building standards, norms, and regulations
• Independent measurement and surveying of existing buildings
• Strengths in spatial and design thinking
• Stylistically secure handling of common CAD programs (preferably Vektor-Works)
• Knowledge of 3D and BIM planning is an advantage
