We are a personnel service provider operating throughout Switzerland and are looking to expand our team, by arrangement:

Your Tasks

• Active participation in daily bookkeeping (general ledger/accounts payable)
• Collaboration in the creation of monthly, quarterly & annual financial statements, up to independent preparation
• Participation in the budget and forecast process
• Collaboration on reportings (monthly, quarterly, semi-annually & annually) and the associated data preparation (mainly in Excel)
• Collaboration on the structured development of data foundations for group reportings.
• Responsibility for the structured administration of contract management
• Responsibility for timely reconciliation work and clearing of balance sheet accounts
• Responsibility for dunning management
• Support with VAT accounting
• Ad-hoc evaluations
• Holiday substitution for team members

Requirements

• Completed basic training (EFZ) with professional experience in accounting and/or group reporting
• Further training in these areas is an advantage
• High degree of independence & structured way of working
• Ability to work in a team
• Networked thinking
• Very good German and English skills in speaking and writing
• French is an advantage
• Experience with Abacus is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of MS-Office applications, very good Excel skills (requirement)
• Preferably: Experience with payroll accounting
