What you do In this varied function, you take over the operational and personnel responsibility for internal and external triages, collection campaigns, clearings, training and the deployment planning of your team and actively work in day-to-day business. Planning, organization and implementation of community collections and collection tours Deployment and resource planning for employees and special orders Implementation and management of clearings including customer visits Calculation of expenses and creation of offer bases Technical support for sales in complex customer inquiries Organization and implementation of internal and external training Training, promotion and further development of employees Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards Collaboration in triage operations and support in emergency and special operations Administrative work and data entry in the corresponding systems (ERP/Navision) What you bring Completed training as a chemist or laboratory assistant Several years of professional experience, ideally in the field of environment, disposal, recycling or chemistry First leadership experience or willingness to take on leadership responsibility Valid driver's license category B German as mother tongue, knowledge of Swiss German is an advantage Good IT skills (MS Office, ERP systems) Organizational talent and independent and structured way of working High customer and service orientation Physical resilience and enjoyment of practical activities Willingness for Saturday deployments as well as occasional emergency and special deployments Sense of safety and responsible work What we offer You can expect a varied leadership function with great independence in a collegial environment.
