Clerk in Order Processing and Sales

A. Stadelmann AG is a small, family-run trading and production company in the decorative arts industry that has for 55 years carried a large range of high-quality products in the field of picture framing and gilds frame moldings with real gold leaf.

We manufacture our products individually to measure and supply galleries, art dealers, museums, framing and photo shops, furniture stores, as well as interior design companies throughout Switzerland and abroad.

To complement our team, we are looking for a Clerk in Order Processing and Sales:

Tasks:

• Processing customer orders including recording and deadline monitoring
• Personal and telephone customer consultation
• Creating customer offers including product suggestions and calculation
• Obtaining freight quotes for domestic shipping
• Preparation of the drivers' domestic tours
• Contact with major suppliers in Italy and Spain and monitoring of deliveries
• Maintenance of customer and article master data
• Recording of incoming goods
• Assistance with the inventory as well as its recording
• Various administrative tasks

Your Profile:

• KV degree or a comparable training as well as experience in sales, ideally in the art industry
• Perfect French skills, as you lead, think and speak perfectly in French for our French-speaking Switzerland region
• Good German and Italian skills
• Very good IT skills (MS Office)
• Friendly, pleasant and customer-oriented manner
• Independent, careful and expeditious way of working
