Your tasks

• You take over case management and coordinate cooperation with relatives as well as internal and external specialists.
• As a reference person, you accompany our residents individually and holistically.
• You plan, coordinate and evaluate the nursing process and ensure a high quality of care.
• Together with the activation team, you design the daily structure and leisure activities.
• You support the training of apprentices and students on the ward.
• You contribute ideas and actively participate in the further development of our nursing and cooperation.
• You work in the early, middle or late shift – thanks to our concept with permanent night watchers without night shifts.

What you bring with you

• Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF or an equivalent, recognized training in Switzerland.
• Joy in working in specialized long-term care.
• Experience in long-term care is an advantage.
• Knowledge in the psychiatric environment is welcome, but not a requirement.
• Motivation to get to know new specialist areas and to continuously develop yourself.
• Responsible, independent and reliable way of working.
• Empathy, team spirit and an appreciative attitude towards residents and employees.
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing.
