• Vocational training as a mechanic
• Experience in a similar position
• Proficient in German
• Further training as a boiler operator/heating plant operator (advantageous)

Tasks:

• Maintenance of all energy and infrastructure systems
• Maintenance with a focus on energy systems (HVAC) heating, ventilation, refrigeration, and air conditioning
• Identifying, analyzing, and rectifying malfunctions
• Preventive maintenance (PM)
• Control rounds according to Energien specifications
• Procurement and management of spare parts
• Operational preparation, coordination, and monitoring during shutdowns, plant changes, and project work
• Assistance with and creation of work instructions, operating instructions, risk assessments, EQMs, etc.
• Operating the boiler house to ensure a safe steam supply
• Checking the plants and operating parameters
• Carrying out plant rounds with documentation
• Release of work via permit
