Quality Engineer Process & New Product Development

MISSION

› Work in close collaboration with technicians and quality controllers for the deployment of improvements in the field.

› Identify critical parts and their critical dimensions in collaboration with R&D and IQC.

› Define and document the controls to be performed in production and on incoming components for new projects.

› Participate in the development of test equipment (definition of controls, defect simulation, validation of tolerances) in connection with the Automation, Mechanical, and R&D departments.

› Analyze quality complaints (market returns, EOL, and anomalies)

› Collect data, feed and analyze process quality indicators within your scope, and propose improvement actions to the Team Leader

PROFILE

› Bachelor's degree level or equivalent

› 2 years of experience in an equivalent position

› Excellent knowledge of French and English, other languages a plus (DE, IT)

› Mastery of problem-solving tools (8D, Ishikawa, 5P, etc.)

› Meticulous and organized

› Analytical spirit, initiative, and proposal of improvements
