Your tasks

• Professional, personnel, and organizational management of the ward as well as ensuring professional nursing and care according to the defined professional standards
• Personnel management and development of the nursing team, including personnel deployment planning and recruitment
• Ensuring optimal interdisciplinary cooperation in the forensic-psychiatric treatment setting
• Responsibility for concept and organizational development as well as active participation in projects
• Budget responsibility and ensuring economical ward management
• Promotion of a safety-conscious and offense-oriented treatment culture in the closed setting

Your profile

• Recognized professional training in the field of nursing HF/FH as well as further training in leadership, e.g., CAS Leadership, or willingness to complete it
• CAS in forensic-psychiatric nursing and care is an advantage or willingness to complete it
• Several years of professional and leadership experience in the forensic or acute psychiatric field
• Ability to work in a safety-conscious and solution-oriented manner in a closed setting
• Reflective, result-oriented, and consensus-oriented thinking and acting
• High resilience, flexibility, and strong communication skills
