HES/EPF Chemical Engineer (Permanent position, 80 - 100 %), mass spectrometry specialist

Laboratoire Dubois has been working for nearly 50 years to improve the quality of watchmaking, jewelry, medical, microtechnical, etc. products. Serving the most prestigious brands in these sectors, it contributes to several of their developments.

Qualifications

Hold a degree in chemical engineering (or an equivalent title). Have excellent knowledge of analytical chemistry. Have extensive skills in mass spectrometry (GC-MS, TD/Py-GC-MS, DIP-MS). Have very good mastery of equipment and its operation. Be able to work independently or in a team depending on the projects. Have a very good ability to synthesize and a capacity to handle client requests with relevance and pragmatism. Have very good writing skills in French and English; German, an asset. Have good management of priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

Propose, develop and carry out tests and analyses related to our clients' problems. Develop/establish new analytical procedures. Ensure the maintenance of equipment and its proper functioning. Participate in the extension of the laboratory's services.
