Activity

• Support the team leader in the leadership and organization of the production team
• Participation in the operational daily business and active support of employees in production
• Monitoring and ensuring an efficient production process
• Setting up, operating, and monitoring production facilities and machines
• Ensuring the required quality standards and compliance with production specifications
• Recognizing and rectifying malfunctions as well as initiating appropriate measures
• Support in the optimization of production processes and workflows
• Carrying out and monitoring quality controls
• Induction and support of new employees
• Coordination and support of the team during personnel shortages
• Documentation of relevant production and quality data
• Close cooperation with the production management and other internal departments

Requirements

• Completed technical or manual vocational training
• Experience in an industrial production environment
• Initial leadership experience or willingness to take on leadership responsibility
• Technical understanding and enjoyment of working with machines and facilities
• Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented way of working
• High level of quality and responsibility awareness
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work day, evening, and night shifts
• Flexibility and resilience
• Good German language skills
