Die Basellandschaftliche Gebäudeversicherung (BGV) makes an essential contribution to the security of the population in the event of fire and natural disasters with the proven system of the Schutztrias, i.e., the interplay of prevention, fire brigade, and insurance under one roof, and guarantees the financial protection of owners of buildings and plots of land in the canton. We are looking for a qualified personality as a Business Analyst (80 - 100%) for our digitalization staff office at our location in Liestal, effective immediately or by arrangement.
What you can achieve with us
You support our digitalization and project managers in the digitalization staff office with your expertise and cooperation
You analyze business processes and workflows with the specialist departments to identify potential for improvement
You examine benefits, feasibility, economic efficiency, and impacts on our processes, systems, and the organization
You record needs from operations and prepare them in a structured manner
You contribute to the practical implementation of digitalization, process, and project ventures
You prioritize and document requirements for projects in an understandable way and clarify open points
You coordinate and manage the interests of different project participants and develop decision-making bases and solution variants
You actively support the technical implementation of projects
You conduct technical tests and acceptances for the introduction and further development of digital solutions
You reliably maintain project basics (e.g., documentation, minutes, pending lists, etc.)
Which skills do you bring?
You have a completed vocational apprenticeship as /- woman EFZ, Informatiker/in EFZ, Mediamatiker/in EFZ, or Entwickler/in digitales Business EFZ, or alternatively a university degree in business informatics or a comparable qualification
You have further training in the areas of business informatics, business administration, project management, business analysis, or digitalization
You have practical professional experience in business analysis and/or project management
You have a good understanding of operational workflows and an interest as well as a basic understanding of current technologies
You can record, question, and prioritize requirements from operations in a structured manner, as well as coordinate the needs of specialist departments and project implementation partners
You can develop pragmatic solution variants and decision-making bases and accompany their implementation
You enjoy the examination, simplification, and digital further development of processes
You are willing to participate operationally and administratively in addition to conceptual tasks
You communicate with stylistic confidence in the German language, both written and oral
You are a service-oriented personality who brings different interests together patiently and persistently with negotiating skills
You know how to deal professionally and flexibly with a wide variety of stakeholders
You are pragmatic, solution-oriented, and work in a structured and reliable manner
